NORYL®
Although more costly than some of the more common materials, the family of NORYL® resins, made exclusively by GE Plastics, has a combination of characteristics not readily available. |
|
NORYL®
is used for applications that require the part to be exposed to high heat
(185°F 265°F.) |
|
|
Generally speaking,
NORYL®
- has good impact properties.Of all the resins we extrude, it is the least likely to absorb moisture. Parts that absorb moisture will not fit properly and will not perform the job they were designed to do. NORYL® extrusions are often used in applications calling for electrical insulating properties and/or resistance to flame.
